Nexway continues international expansion with addition of new offices in the US and Brazil

Nexway, e-commerce service solution provider, demonstrates its strong international positioning by announcing the opening of two new subsidiaries in the US (San Francisco, California) and in Brazil (São Paulo).

 This announcement occurs on the heels of the group’s expansion to Japanand Singapore, with the acquisition of its Japanese partner Cogen Media three months ago. From now on present on all the continents, Nexway’s positioning
is based on a strategy of local presence, which allows the company to deploy additional services, partnerships and dedicated offers on each market.
With respect to organization, the two subsidiaries covering the North and Latin American continents are managed by Christian Désert, General Manager,International & Software.

With these two new openings, Nexway’s primary objective is to support its European clients more globally in distributing their products on the American markets, and to allow American companies to increase market share by taking advantage of Nexway’s infrastructure and high-performance e-business services.

Nexway Group’s solutions are already used by major American businesses. Kroll Ontrack, publisher of backup software EasyRecovery®, has selected the Nexway platform for its worldwide online sales. The publisher entrusts the
Nexway e-store solution, which embraces local differences, such as languages, currencies, payment methods and customer service, for each territory. Kroll Untrack thereby takes advantage of a unique e-store solution to
manage all its digital sales.
