Account Managing
This department manages the day-to-day relations with Nexway’s partners and clients (publishers, developers, owners of portals and e-traders). It is responsible for marketing operations and for project supervision.

Project
This department provides technical project management services, from the creation of the project right through to maintenance services. It oversees projects and handles client requests, ensuring that the solutions provided meet our client’s needs as closely as possible.

Web design
This department designs the animations and illustrations for all media issued in relation to the projects developed by Nexway Games: baskets, channels, boutiques or newsletters.

Mastering/Production
This department is responsible for making the video games included in the Nexway Games catalogue available on-line and ensuring their protection.

Support
As part of its drive to provide ever better service to its clients, Nexway Games provides users with a specific customer service department. This department supports clients throughout their purchase and is on hand to answer any questions they may have.

Acquisition /Business Development
This department is charged with making contact with Nexway’s future partners. Whether they be publishers, developers or owners of channels or portals, a specialist team from their specific sector is available to talk to them.
This department also represents Nexway Games at trade fairs and other video game industry events.

Games Test/Quality
This department checks the reliability and the quality of the games made available via Nexway Games’ partner channels. The team members check that the translations provided are accurate and that the games are correctly integrated into each of the channels within the Nexway Games network.

Localisation
This team is responsible for localising European video games for Asia, primarily providing versions in Japanese, but also in Mandarin Chinese. They provide an opportunity for publishers and developers to expand their business to Asia.
United Kingdom
The Nexway Limited team was set up in October 2007 and is based in central London. They provide services covering catalogue acquisitions, project management and Nexway Games customer support.
Germany
Set up in March 2010 in Frankfurt, Nexway GmbH is the operational hub for the whole of Northern Europe, and particularly German-speaking countries. The team provides predominantly commercial services, managing relations with Nexway Games partners and prospecting amongst German-speaking publishers, developers, owners of portals and e-traders.
Switzerland
Nexway GmbH’s offices in Baar are the result of the takeover of Key Technology in June 2008. The centre provides technical and support services for all Nexway Games activities in German-speaking countries. The team works on the technical development of the group’s platforms and also provides support functions.
Spain
Nexway Games set up in Spain in March 2007, with offices in Madrid. The team in Madrid provides a range of services, from client prospecting to the development of solutions for Nexway Games partners in Spain and Portugal, as well as managing partner relations. They also provide support functions.
Italy
Nexway Games has been operational in Milan since April 2008. All partner relations are managed locally, including prospecting and partnership management. Support services are provided by the Ostend offices.
Asia
For all business in Asia other than in Japan, Nexway Games relies on the network of its casual gaming subsidiary, Boonty. All Asia-Pacific operations are thus centralised in Singapore. The teams on site work on the development of the Nexway Games network and the addition of new products to the catalogue. Development, support and localisation of games as well as testing are also carried out in Singapore for Mandarin Chinese versions.
Japan
The local Nexway Games offices in Japan acquire new titles and work on the integration of the Nexway Games platform on Japanese portals and e-trading sites. Nexway Games also offers Japanese localisation of its video games and provides Japanese support services to its partners’ clients.
